These Terms of Use govern your use of Bass Road website and other projects and services. This website is operated by company Bogdan Radovic PR Digital Tales (tax ID number: 112053791, address: Solunska 34, 11000 Belgrade, Serbia).

Bass Road offers its services under the condition that you accept and respect these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. Bass Road reserves the right to change, modify, add or remove parts of these Terms of Use at any moment, without notice. You are in charge of keeping yourself updated on any such changes.

Who may use the services

Anyone can use the services under the condition they accept the Terms of use and Privacy Policy. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and you are in charge of keeping your account details accurate and complete at all times. Use of website of person under the age of thirteen (13) is prohibited.

Intellectual property and use of materials

This website and all of its content is the property of Bass Road. The materials include original works of the instructors associated with Bass Road, or they may include other works from the public domain or their interpretations.

You may use the materials provided for your personal, non-commercial use. Other use of material such as reproducing, downloading, modification, and distribution is prohibited. Using the services does not give you ownership of the content provided by the website.

We reserved the right to modify, reschedule or prevent access from any of the available materials.

User Content

Bass Road enables you to share your own material, such as videos, graphics, comments, creative ideas, etc. In such case, you are responsible for sharing the content that is in accordance with these Terms of Use. Bass Road reserves the exclusive right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, delete, display or distribute the material provided by the users. The information shared by the user is treated as non-confidential and Bass Road will not be liable for any use or lack of use of the same. Bass Road reserves the right to remove the content that is believe to violates these Terms of Use.

We work to protect your security, but Bass Road cannot guarantee nor does it take any responsibility of third parties violating the security measures.

User Subscription

During the process of subscription, you will choose or will be given a username and a password permitting you access to the restricted area of the website. One user may register one account and is not allowed to share the account with other persons. Users are responsible for keeping their account details safe and avoiding anyone using those data.

For subscription based products only: Once you subscribe to our service, you agree that your subscription will renew automatically and that you authorize automatic renewals with your subscription until the subscription is canceled. You can cancel your subscription at any moment and you can do so from your member’s account.

Paid services

Unless otherwise specified, all the payments will be processed in US dollars. Users are responsible for paying fees or taxes that may be applicable depending on the payment mechanism associated with the service. Bass Road deserves the right to change the price of paid services at any moment without any notice and those changes will become effective immediately upon the change. When you sign up for a subscription plan, the cost will always stay the same as per initial signup agreement, as long as your subscription is active.

When you cancel subscription and wish to sign up again at a later time, current service prices will apply.

Service is purchased on a month-to-month basis, annually or via one-time payment option. As part of our satisfaction guarantee, you are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of your first subscription. Satisfaction guarantee is available only to the new customers with their first subscription, and it is not applicable for renewals or one-time payment products.

You can cancel your subscription at any moment. When you cancel the subscription, you will continue to have access until the already paid subscription cycle expires. You are required to cancel your subscription before it expires to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle.

No refunds will be offered to the persons who are found to violate these terms in any way. We also have no obligation to issue a refund after the initial 7 days of the first subscription have passed.

Rules for Serbia residents only: based on the Law on payments between legal entities and individuals, we are not to accept any payments from the residents of the Republic of Serbia in any other currency than the domestic currency. If you are a resident and want to make a payment, you will need to contact us and get a custom invoice to make a payment in the domestic currency. Bass Road does not have means or is responsible for determining residency, and users take sole responsibility when signing up for the service and making payments in following the above mentioned law.

Third Party Content

Through the services on Bass Road website, you may be presented with third party resources or links to external sites. Bass Road is not responsible for the content or availability of third party content nor does it guarantee that such third parties will be free from inappropriate or inaccurate content, malware or that may otherwise harm your computer or mobile device.

Availability

Bass Road is committed to ensuring the access to the service is provided to you and available at all times. However, the access to the service may be interrupted during the scheduled maintenance or for any unexpected reasons that might affect service availability. The access to the service may be interrupted due to failure of telecommunication or equipment which is beyond the control of Bass Road.

Prohibited uses of the services

You are prohibited from violating the terms and conditions under which the company operates, and you are prohibited from, but not limited to:

Accessing the content data that is not intended for you, logging into server or any area you are not authorized to access, attempting to test, scan or probe the features and vulnerability of the service, or associated system/network, interfeeing with service to any user or network, by any method.
Using the service to send, share or distribute unsolicited email or content, promotions or advertisements, forging any part of the content or service, threaten, harass, abuse, or violate legal rights of third parties, publish, distribute or disseminate any inappropriate, vulgar, obscene, indecent, infirgining, unlawful, offensive material or information.
Impersonating and misrepresenting yourself or your affiliation with any person or entity.
Sharing your account details with anyone.
Doing anything that violates property, privacy, and rights of others.

Bass Road contains the proprietary and original material licensed from third parties, as well as its own original material. These terms prohibit downloading or sharing such content or any attempt by the user to circumvent these restrictions is direct violation of these terms and may result in termination of service.

Bass Road reserves the right to terminate access to the service at any moment. In order to ensure high-quality experience, you agree that the company or its representatives may access your accounts to investigate complaints, allegations or any suspicious activity. Such activity shall not be disclosed and the company deserves the rights to immediately, with or without notice terminate your account and access to the service if it is believed that your actions are violating the terms of use or interfere with the service.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service and all the materials are provided as is without warranties of any kind. Bass Road does not guarantee that the services or materials provided are correct, accurate, reliable or error-free. Bass Road hereby disclaims any and all warranties with the respect to the services, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, including any warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, title and non-infringement. You expressly agree that you use this site at your sole risk and without any warranty.

Under no circumstances shall Bass Road be liable for costs or damages, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, harm, or injury, that relate to use or inability to use any of the material, or cause by any failure performance, error, computer malware, delay transmission or interruption. Bass Road shall in no way be responsible for any loss of user content and you are responsible for keeping backup of all the materials you have provided.

You agree to indemnify and hold Bass Road harmless form and against any and all claims, costs, damages, liabilities, losses and expenses, resulting from or in connection with your use of services or breach of this agreement.

Revision of the terms

Bass Road reserves the right to change and update these terms at any moment without any notice. Any changes will become effective immediately upon making those changes. By continuing to use the service after publication of such changes, you agree and accept those changes. Users are responsible for being up to date with any changes.

Jurisdiction

These terms, as well as privacy policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Republic of Serbia. Any disputes arising under or in connection to these terms or privacy policies are the subject of the jurisdiction of Serbian courts.
