One-time course purchases

One-time payment courses comes with a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee.

Refunds will be made to the payment method that you originally used to signup on the site. This could be your credit/debit card or PayPal account only.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you will be refunded either immediately or within a maximum of two weeks upon request, made during the 30-day money-back guarantee timeframe.

All-Access Pass purchases

Bass Road Monthly and Annual All-Access Pass memberships comes with a 7-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked for first-time customers only. If you’ve already been a member before, you’re not eligible for a money-back guarantee.

All-Access Pass Subscription renewal refund policy

If you do not wish to continue using your Bass Road All-Access Pass membership, you need to cancel your subscription before the next payment date is due in order to stop being billed automatically for another period.

It is not possible to get a refund if you do not cancel your subscription on time.

When you cancel, you still get to use all the days you have already paid for.
